CARONE launches its Chef Fest Series

From his youth, BOBBY GRÉGOIRE has been drawn to working in the kitchen. In the CARONE CHEF FEST SERIES, Chef Grégoire will lead a trilogy of workshops offering a modern take on the regional cuisine of Quebec, using local, seasonal and wild products. The goal is to provide guests with a unique sensory experience in a friendly atmosphere where the pleasure of eating well is coupled with discovering the skill of local artisans and producers who respect the environment and their craft.

AUGUST 6 – FORMAGGIO WORKSHOP
Create the perfect cheese and wine pairings as you sample an assortment of fine cheeses curated specifically by Chef Grégoire to match CARONE wines.

AUGUST 27 – SALUMERIA (CHARCUTERIE) WORKSHOP
From artisanal salami, ham and pâté enjoy a sampling of nose-to-tail flavours and textures alongside a selection of CARONE wines.

OCTOBER 7 – CIOCCOLATO WORKSHOP
During this interactive experience, you’ll sample premium chocolates paired with CARONE wines creating classic flavour combinations and unexpected surprises.

EACH WORKSHOP WILL BE MATCHED WITH A CURATED SELECTION OF CARONE LIBRARY AND CURRENT VINTAGE WINES.

A minimum of eight (8) registrations are required for each workshop. All guests will benefit from preferential product pricing – wine and gourmet products – the day of the event.
